We’re not the type of gym that will try to upsell you on “elevated memberships” or 1-1 training. We know that’s not the best thing for everyone.
We recommend that inexperienced members start with 1-1 Personal Training. Once you can use the equipment safely and have a strong grasp on proper biomechanics, you’ll “graduate” to a Personal Training membership. Eventually a W.O.D. Memberships will suffice.
