Similar to the 1-1 personal training, you’ll receive healthy meals and personalized workouts. Want to try a boxing workout? We’ll create one for you! Want to focus more on toning your abs? No problem.

The only difference between 1-1 personal training?

It’s less one-on-one time.

These members already know how to do their exercises safely and correctly. But who wants to stay on track with their personalized workouts and nutrition.
