At “ Fit Life Training”, our goal is to make Fitness & Nutrition So Easy it’s Impossible to Fail

We take the extra steps needed to make sure our clients have acees to everything they need to make getting in shape a seemless task.
Everything starts with our assessment. We go through a series of functional Movements that allows us to collect the appropriate data needed so we can design specific programs that are tailored to our client’s exact needs. 
It doesnt matter if you’re a professional athlete or a Weekend Warrior, we approach everyone the same way with the end goal being to improve the function and health of our clients. 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • 1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

    Work 1 on 1 with a trainer to learn basic fundamentals of lifting and Fitness.

    -Per Session: $70

    10 Pack of sessions: $65 Per

    20 Pack of Sessions: $60 Per

  • Personal Training Membership

    Tier 2: Personalized Workout Programs designed specifically for YOU!

    -Monthly Membership

    Ranges between $29-$39 Per Session. The price depends on how many days a week you train.

  • Workout of the day

    Tier 3: 8 Advanced Style Training Programs for experienced lifters & Athletes.

    -Monthly Membership

    Ranges between $10-$20 Per Session. The price depends on how many days a week you train.

  • Unlimited Nutrition Guidance

    You will receive access to an unlimited number of nutrition plans! Nutrition is included for all members.

    Not a member but still want nutrition help? We provide Nutrition plans for $99.

  • Accountability

    Get the Accountability you need on a daily basis to get your workout in without talking yourself out of it! Accountability is key for long-term fitness success.

    DBC LEVEL 1 Certified Trainer in Biomechanics.

    I’ve worked with people like Kane Brown, Brandon Davis, Ms. America, and many various professional athletes, so my goal is to make Fitness as simple as possible for every client of mine. I understand that every person on this planet is built differently, so that means we have to adjust to everyone's needs to make sure that what we’re doing in terms of exercise and nutrition works for the client.

    I’ve created a community of motivated individuals looking to level up in life. We’re here to support and uplift each other so we can stay on track to get the most out of life!
