"The last six months have been a dramatic journey for me after having VSG. I started with Gage and Devin over three months ago. I needed more training and knowledge with weight training. I was feeling overwhelmed in the gym. My goal was to minimize the amount of loose skin and tone as I drop weight. I can now feel and see the changes in my body.
